双活塞手动泵海水淡化装置原理设计及仿真分析 被引量:1

摘要 在对某型单活塞手动泵海水淡化装置分析的基础上,设计了1种双活塞手动泵海水淡化装置,并进行机械建模设计和动力学仿真分析。该双活塞手动泵海水淡化装置装利用2个泵活塞的互补式往复运动,产水量大,可达约23 L/h;流量波动较小,产水效率高。可为进行原理样机试制提供依据,同时也为进一步研究设计高性能海水淡化装置提供思路。 Through an analysis of a certain type of device with single piston manual pump seawater desalination on the basis, we designed of a double piston manual pump seawater desalination device and analyzed the mechanical modeling design and dynamic simulation. Through the analysis, the double piston manual pump seawater desalination device water production efficiency is high, the flow fluctuation is small. Our research will not only provide a basis for the theory of prototype, but also provide ideas for the further research and design of high performance seawater desalination device.
