强制对流换热式太阳能海水淡化装置性能分析 被引量:2

摘要 阐述了一种强制对流换热式太阳能海水淡化装置的机理、设计特点和试验方法。通过理论分析建立基于有效蒸发传热速率关联系数的数学模型。建立了实验装置,并通过试验验证的方法对其进行了性能评价,与传统太阳能蒸馏器的对比表明这种强制对流换热式太阳能海水淡化装置产水量提高60%以上,实验期间平均热效率为57.2%。 An improved seawater desalination solar still with heat transfer of forced convection was proposed. This paper discusses the design features, mechanism and test method. The relative mathematical model based on the correlation coefficient of the effective evaporation heat transfer rate was established. The experimentat setup was established on the basis of the theoretical analysis. Its performance was evaluated by compared with the traditional solar still through the experiment studies. Experiment data showed that the freshwater yield raised more than 60%. During the experiment the average thermal efficiency of solar energy was 57.2%.
