摘要
为了解决小型船只出海中生活淡水供应的问题,并突破普通真空闪蒸带来的能耗问题,通过热泵系统与真空系统的组合匹配,设计了小型真空热泵式海水淡化装置,装置除了利用热泵热回收低能耗造淡水外,还可以用来冷却食物,实现功能多样化。在完善设计方案的前提下以淡水生产量50 kg/h为设计依据,进行了热泵系统,真空系统及其设备的匹配计算,并进行了试验装置的测试。结果表明,其海水淡化率在30%左右,单位产汽能效比比普通加热式闪蒸装置高50%左右,结果能为制造生产提供参考。
In order to solve the problem of small boats out to sea to live freshwater supplies as well as break through the energy consumption problem of ordinary vacuum flash, this paper designed a small heat pump seawater desalination device through the combination of the heat pump system matching vacuum system. The device can not only produce fresh water at low energy consumption by making use of heat recovery, but also could be used to realize the function of cooling food, and achieve functional diversification. In this paper, under the premise of improving design scheme with the freshwater production capacity of 50 kg/h as the design basis, the device were matched to calculate the heat pump system and.its equipment, vacuum systems and its equipment. The design can provide a reference for the manufacturing unit.
