摘要
介绍了沙特延布水泥厂海水淡水系统的设计方法及工艺流程,设计出2级多介质过滤器加2级反渗透的海水淡化工艺系统,叙述了海水预处理系统、一级反渗透系统、二级反渗透系统、产水输送系统、加药系统、辅助系统等6大子系统的相关设备和重要参数。调试运行结果表明,该系统产水水量达到125 m3/h,水质符合世界卫生组织控制要求,产水合格,解决了水泥厂用水短缺问题。
This paper introduces the design method and process of seawater desalination system in Yanbu Cement Company Saudi country. The seawater desalination technological system includes two-stage Of multi-medium filter and reverse osmosis. The device configuration and design parameters of seawater pretreatmant sub-system, 1 st reverse osmosis sub-system, 2nd reverse osmosis sub-system, produced water delivery sub-system, chemical subsystem and Auxiliary sub-system arc detailed. The results of running show that the system can produce water of 125 m^3/h which meets the WHO standard and solve the problem of water shortage in cement plant.
