摘要
介绍了我国海岛海水淡化的建设现状和面临的实际问题,认为小型海岛建设海水淡化装置与大型海岛、大陆有很多差别,海水淡化设计要综合考虑小型海岛的特殊环境,应以模块化设计为主,取水模块应设置防台风设施,预处理模块宜以传统方法为主,反渗透脱盐模块建议选择一级反渗透,淡化水后处理模块可选择在线加药的方法,控制系统模块应增加除湿设施、提高防腐等级。
The status of the island desalination and practical issues were introduced in this paper. Differences between the seawater desalination devices used on small islands and large islands or mainland were also proposed. Considering the special environment of small islands, modularized design is preferred when designing seawater desalination devices on small islands. The seawater intake module should have facilities that can prevent the attack of typhoon. For the pre-treatment module, conventional technologies are preferable. For the reverse osmosis module, one-pass process is suggested. For the post-treatment module, on-line agentia addition is preferred. The control module should have dehumidieation facilities and increase the anti-corrosion grade.
