公众对土地利用信息心理需求的调查研究

Study on the Public Psychological Need for the Land Use Information

为了使政府有效地向公众公开土地利用信息,采用自编的土地利用信息心理需求调查问卷,从网上招募了1 242名北京市及其辖区内的公众,进行了土地利用信息的心理需求状况调查。结果表明:69.18%的公众需要公开土地利用信息,其总体需求程度较高,其中对土地征收、地价数据的需求程度最高;在土地征收方面,公众最需要公开土地征收后用途、被征收土地单位面积补偿及征收补偿款分配等相关信息;在地价方面,公众最需要公开房地产交易价格、交易地价等信息;不同职业的公众对土地利用信息的需求程度差异较大;公众在土地利用信息的心理需求上不存在性别差异。

To make the government open land use information effectively, the self-designed questionnaire ＂The investigation of the psychological need on the land use information＂ was used to survey 1 242 online participants on their demand for the land use information who were recruited in Beijing and the jurisdiction. 69.18% of the public need land use information, and the degree of overall need on land use information is high, in which the demand for the land expropriation and the land price data is the highest ; In the aspect of land expropriation, the use after land expropriation, the compensation for per unit area and the distribution of compensation and other relevant information are needed most ; In the aspect of land price, the real estate market price and the transaction price of land are needed most ; There are great differences between occupations of the public on the need of land-use information ; There is no gender difference on the psychological need of the public in land use information.
