摘要
块菌具有很高的营养价值和商业价值。我国的块菌集中分布在西南的四川和云南以及西北的新疆和西藏等地。本文综述了块菌的分类、分布环境、采收方法及人工栽培技术等,并对目前块菌的合理采集与保护的问题和可持续发展提出了建议。
Truffles have very high nutritional value and commercial value. Truffles are located in Sichuan, Yunnan, XinJiang, Tibet and other places in China. This essay introduces the classification and distribution of truf- ties, collecting method and the technique of artificial cultivation, etc. Some suggestions about the problems of ra- tional exploitation, protection of truffles and sustainable development are proposed.
