核电汽轮机整圈自锁叶片二阶动频的调频分析

摘要 重点探讨了核电汽轮机整圈自锁动叶片动频调整手段,通过计算和试验对比分析表明,采取改变叶片拉筋特征尺寸的办法,对二阶频率调整是简单而有效的,并最终确定了长叶片的拉筋特征尺寸。试验表明,核电汽轮机长叶片的设计是成功的,叶片能满足机组安全运行。 The dynamic frequency adjustment methods of circularly interlocked blade for nuclear steam turbines was researched. The comparison result between calculation and test showed that it was simple and effective to adopt the method by the changing of the feature size of blade lash in the second mode frequency adjustment, and that the final dimensions of blade lash were determined. The test result demonstrates the success of long blade design of the nuclear power steam turbine and the blade is in agreement with the requirements of safe operation.
