摘要
通过测定不同低温和高温处理下栓皮栎和滇青冈的叶片相对电导率,并结合Logistic方程计算其低温和高温半致死温度,了解栓皮栎和滇青冈对温度的适应性差异。结果表明,栓皮栎和滇青冈的低温半致死温度分别为-7.6、-3.3℃,高温半致死温度分别为53.4、52.3℃。
In order to determine the temperature tolerance of Quercus variabilis and Cyclobalanopsis glaucoides, the relative electrical conductivity was determined in the leaves of the both plant species subjected to different low/high temperatures, and the semi-lethal low/high temperatures were calculated with logistic equations. The results showed the semi-lethal low temperatures of Q. variabilis and C. glaucoides were -7.6℃ and -3.3℃, respectively, and the semi-lethal high temperatures of the both species were 53.4 and 52.3℃, respectively.
