摘要
毛莨植物源农药实验室制剂500倍液对落叶松毛虫小蜂没有毒杀作用,白屈菜、毛穗藜芦和兴安白芷实验室制剂对落叶松毛虫小蜂的校正死亡率随稀释倍数的增大而降低。兴安白芷制剂稀释1100倍液时对落叶松毛虫小蜂没有毒杀作用,药性表现相对较弱。兴安白芷实验室制剂对鱼类的毒性最小,LC50为15.00808 mg/ml,说明其具有低毒、降解快、残留较少的特点,较适宜作为植物源农药进行资源开发。
Laboratory preparation of plant pesticide from Stellera chamaejasme diluted to 500 times has no toxic effect on Chalcidoidea, Corrected mortality of Laboratory preparation from Chelidonium majus Veratrum maackii and Angelica dahurica on Chalcidoidea decreases with increasing of the dilution concentration. Angelica dahurica has no toxic effect on Chalcidoidea when it was 1100 times dilution, there is relatively weak performance of resistance. Toxicity of Angelica dahurica laboratory preparation on fish was minimum, LC50 is 15.00808mg/mL. So Angelica dahurica laboratory preparation had the advantages of low toxicity, fast degradation, less residual characteristics, more suitable for using as botanical pesticide.
