摘要
在总结2014年的跨省制售假电梯案的基础上,根据案件的特点及原因,分析监管、制造、安装,使用等各环节存在的一些不足：分析各环节的不足产生的原因,针对这些原因提出建立电梯有源管理的机制,从而防范假冒伪劣电梯案件再次发生。
Based on summarizing the inter-provincial making and selling fake elevator case of 2014, according to the characteristics and causes of this cases, this paper analyzes some shortcomings of the supervision,manufacture,insta Ilation and usage, analyzes the causes of the shortcomings, and proposes building the mechanism for elevator, source management, so as to prevent the fake elevator case from happening again.
