摘要
利用杯碟法探讨了蚓激酶对细菌、真菌等的抗菌效果。从蚯蚓中提取蚓激酶经过分离纯化后采用杯碟法对大肠杆菌、K酵母、康氏木霉、枯草芽孢杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌进行抗菌作用研究,通过量效、时效检测得出蚓激酶均对上述5种微生物产生了不同程度的效果,以大肠杆菌和K酵母作用尤为显著。
This study was conducted to investigate anti-microbial effect of lumbrokinase on bacteria and fungi with cylinder plate method. The lumbrokinase extracted from the earthworm was separated, purified and then used with the cylinder plate method to test its anti- microbial effect on Escherichia coli, Saccha-romyces cerevisiae k, Trichoderma koningii, Bacillus subtilis and Staphylococcus aureus. Through the dose-effect and aging-effect test, the lumbrokinase was found to produce the various-degree effects on the above-mentioned five kinds of micro-organisms, particularly significant on E. coli and Saccha-romyces cerevisiae k.
