摘要
湖南省作物研究所以福豆310作母本,浙春0722作父本进行有性杂交,采用系谱法育成了适于南方豆制品加工的高产高蛋白大豆新品种"湘春豆V8",2014年通过湖南省农作物品种审定委员会审定。该品种参加湖南省春大豆品种区域试验,平均产量184.1 kg/667m2,比对照增产10.9%,生产试验平均产量180.3 kg/667m2,比对照增产5.6%。区试平均蛋白质含量45.66%,脂肪含量17.92%,蛋白质+脂肪总含量为63.58%,按国家标准为高蛋白大豆品种;区试平均全生育期102 d,属南方春大豆中熟品种。
A new soybean variety "Xiangchundou V8" was bred by Hunan Crop Institute, using Fudou 310 and Zechun 0722 as female and male parent respectively, with pedigree method. It has characteristics of high yield and high protein content, and is suitable for soybean products processing in south China. It was examined and approved by Hunan crop variety examination and approval committee in 2014. The results of Hunan regional trial of spring soybeans showed that its average yield was 184.1kg/667m2, which was 10.9% higher than that of the control variety. Its average yield was 180.3 kg/667m2 in the production trail, which was 5.6% higher than that of the control. Its average protein and fat contents of the regional trial were 45.66% and 17.92% respectively, and the average total content of protein and fat was 63.58%, so it was a variety of high protein content according to the national standard. Its average whole growing duration was 102 d, and was a medium maturing variety.
