摘要
长链非编码RNA（IncRNA）是一类不具有编码蛋白质功能的RNA，长度超过200个核苷酸。近年来，随着筛选技术的进步，越来越多的IncRNA被发现，IncRNA的研究结果提示其在肝脏疾病的发生、发展过程中起到关键性的作用。本文着重就IncRNA在肝脏疾病中的研究现状作以阐述。
Long non-coding RNAs（IncRNAs） are a group of RNAs which have no protein-coding function and are longer than 200 nt. In recent years, with advances in triage techniques, more and more IncRNAs are found. Results show that lncRNAs play a key role in liver diseases, especially in tumorigene- sis,metastasis and prognosis. This article reviews recent advancements in research on IncRNAs in order to better understand the role of lncRNAs in the process of liver disease.
