假烟叶树叶多酚物质的提取工艺优化 被引量:2

摘要 通过单因素试验和正交试验设计对假烟叶树叶中的多酚物质提取工艺进行了优化。结果表明,各因素对假烟叶树叶中多酚物质提取效果的影响从大到小排列依次为:乙醇浓度>固液比>提取时间>提取温度;最佳提取工艺为:乙醇浓度40%、提取温度90℃、固液比1︰30、提取时间1.0 h,连续提取2次;该条件下多酚物质的提取率为5.33%,提取物中多酚含量为24.98%,回收率达98.4%。 This study investigated optimal conditions of extracting polyphenols from Solanum verbascifoliurn L.leaves with single factor and orthogonal experiment designs. The results showed that the effect of polyphenols extraction from Solanum verbascifolium L. leaves was influenced by such factors in the decreasing-degree order as concentration of ethanol〉 the ratio of raw materials to solvent 〉 extraction time〉 extraction temperature. The optimum extraction conditions included the ethanol concentration at 40%, temperature at 80~C, ratio of solid to liquid at1:20, and extraction forl.5h and 2 times, under which the yield of polyphenols could reach as high as 5.33%, the content of the extract was 24.98% and the recovery rate ofpolyphenols was 98.4%.
