农业社会化服务需求和供给的均衡分析——基于尉犁县211户棉农的调查

Equilibrium Analysis on Farmer Demand and Service Supply in Agricultural Socialization Service in Yuli

以新疆尉犁县为例,通过问卷调查和深度访谈,调查了尉犁县3个乡9个村211户棉农对农业社会化服务的支付意愿和需求现状。采用规范分析和系统分析相结合的方法,对农业社会化服务供需不均衡的现状、农业社会化服务供需不均衡错位表现、农业社会化服务供需不均衡等内容进行分析,探究农业社会化服务供需结构的内在规律。结果表明,农业社会化服务供需结构存在一定程度的不均衡。针对这一问题,提出了培养合格的农技服务人员、改进农村信用社服务体制、加大农业社会化服务范围和加强专业技能培训等建议。

In this study, the status quo of willingness to pay and demand of 211 households＇ farmers in nine villages, three townships, Yuli County, Xinjiang was investigated through questionnaire survey and depth interview. The combination of normative analysis and system analysis was used to discuss the status quo, dislocation performance and other issues of the supply-demand imbalance in agricultural socialized services in order to explore the inherent laws of supply and demand structure in the agricultural socialization service. The results show that the agricultural social service has a certain degree of imbalance of supply and demand structure. And so some management suggestions were put forward, such as cultivating qualified agricultural extension service personnel, improving the service system of rural credit cooperatives, increasing agricultural socialization service scope and strengthening professional skills training.
