苏南地区城中村改造存在的问题及解决对策——以苏州市姜庄村为例

Solutions to Problems of Urban Village Reconstruction in South Jiangsu with Jiangzhuang Village as a Case

城中村是中国城市化进程中的特殊产物,具有普遍性。以苏州市姜庄村为例,分析了当代中国城中村改造过程中存在的问题,并从硬环境的改造和软环境的建设两个方面提出了城中村的改造策略,为推进苏南地区城市化总体进程提供了参考。

Urban village is a special and universal product in the process of urbanization in China. This paper analyzes some problems of urban village reconstruction with Jiangzhuang Village as an example and puts forward some solutions to them, such as the transformation of hard environment and the constructions of soft environment, so as to promote the overall process of the urbanization in South Jiangsu for reference.
