城镇化进程中土地利用结构评价研究——以永兴县为例

Evaluation of Land Use Structure in Process of Urbanization with Yongxing as a Case

选取小城镇土地利用结构评价的综合指标体系框架,并借鉴多因素评价法,对永兴县中部、西部、东部9个典型的乡镇土地利用的结构效益进行研究分析。结果表明,永兴县土地利用效益:中部>西部>东部。在城镇化的过程中,政府应根据各个区域的特色,强化加大土地市场的调控能力,投入更多土地技术的生产要素,不断优化土地资源的配置效果。

We established a comprehensive evaluation index system of land use structure of small towns, and adopted the experience of multi-factor evaluation method to analyze land use structure efficiency of 9 typical towns in the central, western and eastern of Yongxing County. The result showed that the descending order of land use efficiency of different parts of Yongxing County was the central〉the western〉the eastern. In the process of urbanization, the government should strengthen the regulation of land market, increase the investment on production factors of land technology, and optimize the configuration of land resources continuously, according to regional characteristics.
