梯田传统农耕技术知识调查与评估——以湖南新化紫鹊界梯田为例

Survey and Evaluation of Traditional Farming Technique and Knowledge in Terrace with Ziquejie Terrace as a Case

以紫鹊界梯田传统的耕作知识和技术为主题,搜集文献资料并开展专题调研。结果表明:紫鹊界梯田传统农业耕作工具的开发使用、合理的农事安排、耕作种植制度和模式的推行以及传统作物栽培技术,如育秧、田间管理、施肥、病虫害防治和旱地穇子栽种等技术,应属保护的农业文化遗产之列。针对紫鹊界传统耕作技术与知识面临的挑战,提出了以政府为主导加大资金投入、建立生物基因库、完整档案库和传统农业耕作知识与技术博物展览馆、培训传承人等保护方案。

Revolved around the topic of traditional farming knowledge and technique of Ziquejie terrace, relevant documents were collected and a specific survey was conducted. The results showed that the development and use of farming tools, reasonable arrangement of planting, cropping system and the popularization of this mode, as well as traditional fanning techniques, such as sprout cultivation, field management, fertilization, disease and pest control, and finger millet cultivation techniques, should be regarded as agricultural heritages in Ziquejie area. At last, in allusion to the challenges for the protection of Ziquejie traditional farming technique and knowledge, several schemes were put forward as follows： increasing government-oriented investment, establishing biological gene bank, improving the data of archives and the exhibition center of traditional farming knowledge and technique, and training inheritors.
