水资源约束下农业结构调整的研究——基于茶陵县界首镇的调查

Agricultural Structure Adjustment under Water Resource Constraints: Based on Investigation of Jieshou Town of Chaling County

以茶陵县界首镇为例,通过调查发现界首镇在水资源约束下农业结构调整中存在种植业结构优势不足;设施农业产业水平低,设施利用率不高;水资源利用与现行农业结构冲突等问题,提出了提高水资源利用率,加快农业生态环境治理;增加农产品附加值,促进农村服务业快速发展;提升农村设施使用率,加大农业结构调整力度等措施。

Using Jieshou Town of Chaling County as an example, the problems existing in the agricultural structure adjustment of Jieshou under water resource constraints were found by investigation, and the problems were that： the advantages of planting structure was defi cient; the level of agricultural industrialization was low and the facility utilization rate was not high; the use of water resources confl icts with the existing agricultural structure. Then measures improving water resource utilization rate and accelerating the control of agricultural ecological environment, increasing the added value of agricultural products and promoting the rapid development of rural services, upgrading rural facility utilization rate and increasing agricultural structure adjustment efforts were proposed.
