摘要
目的探讨星形细胞上调基因-1(AEG-1)、程序性细胞死亡因子4(PDCD4)在结直肠癌组织中的表达水平及其与结直肠癌临床病理特征的关系。方法采用免疫组织化学法检测AEG-1和PDCD4在89例原发性大肠癌组织及相应癌旁组织中的表达水平,分析AEG-1和PDCD4的表达水平与结直肠癌临床病理学之间的关系。结果AEG-1在结直肠癌癌组织中表达率明显高于癌旁组织(69.66%比14.61%,P〈0.01),AEG-1表达水平与结直肠癌组织学分级、浸润深度、TNM分期和淋巴结转移明显相关(P〈0.05);PDCD4在结直肠癌癌组织中表达率明显低于癌旁组织(31.46%比84.27%,P〈0.01),PDCD4表达水平与结直肠癌TNM分期、淋巴结转移明显相关(P〈0.05)。结论AEG-1高表达及PDCD4低表达在结直肠癌的发生发展及浸润转移中具有-定的作用。
Objective To explore the expression of astrocyte elevated gene - 1 ( AEG - 1 ) and programmed cell death 4 (PDCD4) and their correlation with clinicopathological features of eolorectal car- cinoma. Methods The immunohistochemieal method was used to detect the expression of AEG - 1 and PDCI)4 in 89 cases of colorectal carcinoma tissues and non - cancerous adjacent colorectal tissues. The ex- pression of AEG - 1 and PDCI)4 in colorectal carcinoma tissues and their relationship with elinicopathologi- cal features were analyzed. Results The expression rate of AEG - 1 in colorectal carcinoma tissues was higher than that in non - cancerous adjacent colorectal tissues (69. 66% vs. 14. 61% ,P 〈0. 01 ). The ex- pression of AEG - 1 was related colorectal carcinoma to histology grade, invasion depth, TNM stage and lymph node metastasis. The expression rate of PDCD4 in colorectal carcinoma tissues was lower than that in non - cancerous adjacent colorectal tissues (31.46% vs. 84. 27% ,P 〈0. 01 ). The expression of PDCD4 was related colorectal carcinoma to TNM stage and lymph node metastasis ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion There is high expression of AEG - 1 and low expression of PDCD4 in colorectal carcinoma. Simultaneous detec- tion of AEG - 1 and PDCD4 might be helpful for evaluating the malignance and predicting the metastatic potential of colorectal carcinoma.
