摘要
目的探讨适合基础实验研究的理想兔VX2肝癌模型。方法用VX2肿瘤细胞株建立荷瘤兔模型,2周后取出肿瘤灶,分别采用肿瘤细胞悬液法和肿瘤块接种法制备16只兔VX2肝癌模型。比较两种方法的成功率,观察两组移植瘤生长转移情况并比较两组荷瘤兔自然生存期。结果两种方法建立兔VX2肝癌模型的成功率均达到100%(16/16),均无严重并发症。与细胞悬液组比较,肿瘤块组瘤兔出现腹水及淋巴结转移时间较晚,生存期较长(P〈0.05)。结论采用CT导引下肿瘤块接种法制备的VX2肝癌模型更适合进一步基础实验研究,最佳时间为接种后2~3周。
Objective To investigate ideal VX2 carcinoma models for experimental study. Meth- ods Sixteen tumor - bearing rabbit models were established in VX2 tumor cell lines, and the tumor - hearing rabbits were killed and the tumor tissues were taken out two weeks later. Tumor tissue suspension and cubes were transplanted into rabbits to establish rabbit VX2 carcinoma model. The ratio of tumor for- mation, the growth as well as metastasis situation of the tumor and the natural survival time of rabbits by two methods were compared. Results The success rate of the two methods were 100% ( 16/16 ) , and no serious complications occurred. Occurrence of ascites and lymph node metastasis was later, and survival was longer in tumor mass group than in the cell suspension group ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion The VX2 liver carcinoma model established by tumor mass vaccination with CT guidance was more suitable for fulther ex- perimental studies, and the optimal time was 2 to 3 weeks after inoculation.
