摘要 阿片类药物是临床常用的镇痛药,主要通过激动中枢神经系统特定部位的阿片受体产生镇痛作用。而对于发育中的大脑,阿片受体和内源性阿片肽在神经元和胶质细胞的增殖、分化及存活中起重要调节作用。围产期孕妇或婴幼儿应用阿片类镇痛药可能会干扰正常的内源性阿片通路,影响神经细胞的发育。目前,国内外对于阿片类镇痛药的神经毒性作用仍有争议,本文综述了近年来阿片类镇痛药对发育期大脑神经毒性作用的研究进展。 Opioid analgesics are widely used for analgesia, which relieve the pain by mimicking the function of the endogenous opioid peptides through opioid receptors in central nervous system. It is likely that neural cells express endogenous opioid peptides in a developmentally regulated manner, which modulate the genesis of neurons and glia in developing brain. Perinatal and infantal exposure to opioid analgesics interfere with brain maturation by disrupting normal opioid signalling and inhibiting the proliferation and differentiation of neural precursors. At Present, The effect of opioids on developing brain is still controversial. This article reviews the neurotoxicity of opiois analgesics using during brain maturation.
