摘要
以往复式压缩机交错型迷宫密封结构为研究对象,采用流固耦合分析方法对不同齿形角下的密封结构内部流场、气缸及活塞结构进行同步联合求解,分析齿形角对迷宫密封性能的影响。分析结果表明:迷宫密封的泄漏量随齿形角增大呈先减小后增大趋势,当齿形角为30°时,膨胀空腔内的涡旋最为强烈,能量耗散最为彻底,整体密封性能最好;流场与固体结构的相互作用对流场分布产生影响,从而对流体泄漏量产生影响,因此采用流固耦合分析方法较流体模型分析方法的结果更接近于理论值,采用流固耦合分析方法进行的三维模拟也更加贴近工程实际。
Taking the staggered labyrinth seal configuration of reciprocating compressor as research objective, the inter-nal flow field and structure deformation for different tooth profile angle were solved synchronously using Fluent software,and the effect of tooth profile angle on the performance of labyrinth seal under fluid-structure interaction was analyzed.Theresults indicate that, with the increase of the angle of seal teeth, the leakage rate of labyrinth seal presents the trend of firstdecrease and then increase.When the tooth profile angle is 30~ ,the labyrinth seal has the strongest vortex in expansion cav-ity, the most complete energy loss, and therefore has the best sealing performance.The interaction between flow field andstructure has an influence on the distribution of flow field, thus affects the fluid leakage.Therefore the result by fluid-struc-ture interaction analysis method is closer to the theoretical value than that by fluid model, and the 3-D simulation by fluid-structure interaction analysis method is closer to the engineering practice.
