Simple Analyses of Production Management Property for Lattice Apron Type Condensed Spinning

探讨网格圈式集聚纺的生产管理特点。从工艺、设备、操作、环境、节能管理等方面对网格圈式集聚纺与普通环锭纺不同之处进行了分析比较,针对网格圈式集聚纺设备和纺纱特点,制定并实施了一系列相应的工艺技术和管理措施,改善了纺纱质量,降低了生产成本。认为:充分认识网格圈式集聚纺生产管理特点,制定并实施相应的技术和管理措施,可以获得提高产品质量,降低生产成本的良好效果。

Production management properties of lattice apron type condensed spinning were discussed. The differences between lattice apron type condensed spinning and common ring spinning were compared and analyzed from the aspects of processing, equipment, operation, environment, energy saving management and so on. A series of relative processing technology and management measures were set and implemented aimed at the equipment and spinning properties of lattice apron type condensed spinning. The yarn quality was improved and production cost was reduced. It is considered that better effects as the improvement of product quality and reduction of production cost can be obtained by well knowing the product management properties of lattice apron type condensed spinning, making and implementing corresponding technology and management measures.
