Development Overview of New Foreign Carding Machine and Carding Technology

概述现代国外梳棉机及梳理技术的发展历程。从现代梳棉机的结构特点和发展历程来看,简单划分为三个阶段:第一阶段,金属针布崭露头角,梳棉机单产从3kg/h^5kg/h迅速提升至30kg/h^50kg/h;第二阶段,梳理技术、梳理理念、控制检测技术长足发展,功能和结构不断改进和完善,理论产量达到了80kg/h左右;第三阶段,高速高产化、智能化、模块组合,理论产量甚至达到了260kg/h^280kg/h。认为:经过几十年的高速发展,梳棉机的结构布局进入成熟阶段,未来将从单一的机械设备向机械、电气、网络高度统一的智能化加工单元的方向发展。

Development history of new foreign carding machine and carding technology was summarized. Seen from the structure property and development history of modern carding machine, it can be simply divided into three stages. In the first stage, metal card clothing was just budding. Per unit yield of carding machine was rapidly improved from 3 kg/h-5 kg/h to 30 kg/h-50 kg/h. In the second stage, carding technology, carding concept, controlling and inspecting technology were substantially developed. The function and structure were keeping updated and improved. Theoretical yield was up to about 80 kg/h. In the third stage, it was in higher speed, higher yield, intellectualization and module combination. Theoretical yield was even reach 260 kg/h- 280 kg/h. It is considered that structure of carding machine enter into mature stage after high-speed development in several decades. In the future, it will be developed from single mechanical equipment to direction of intellectualization processing unit which is highly unified machinery, electric with network.
