国外图书馆社会化媒体应用案例研究及启示——以美国橙郡图书馆为例

Application Case Study and Its Enlightenment of Social Media in Foreign Library——Taking Orange County Library of America as the Example

社会化媒体的快速发展和广泛应用正在对图书馆产生深刻的影响。文章以美国橙郡图书馆为研究案例,采用网络调研法及文献研究法,综合考察并分析了其运用社会化媒体所提供的服务内容及应用方式,进而总结归纳出重视用户需求和体验、推广特色化建设、提供有效的人力资源保障、保持战略的连贯性及建立成本效益评价环节等5个方面的重要启示,为我国图书馆社会化媒体的应用提供经验借鉴。

The rapid development and wide application of social media have a profound influence to the library.Based on the study of American Orange County Library and using the network survey and the method of literature survey,this paper analyzes the service content and application mode of social media in library,concludes the principle of paying attention to users＇ needs and experience,expanding the characteristics construction,providing the effective protection of human resources,keeping strategic coherence and establishing cost benefit evaluation,and it provides reference for the social media application of libraries in China.
