Research on Professional Reading Demands and Behaviors of Librarians Based on the Digital Reading Survey

图书馆员肩负着引导读者进行深度阅读的社会责任,其自身的阅读行为更应备受关注。文章运用定量和定性相结合的方法,通过馆员数字化阅读的问卷调查结合馆员深度访谈,探讨当代馆员在阅读认知、阅读方式和阅读兴趣等方面存在的问题,并提出重拾职业情怀、寻找LIS专业阅读圈、拓展国际视野等馆员阅读策略。

Librarians shoulder the mission and responsibility of deep reading.Using the methods of quantitative and qualitative,and though the indepth interviews and questionnaire survey,this paper explores the problems of librarians in reading cognition,reading mode and reading interests,and puts forward reading strategies of library,such as regaining occupation feelings,seeking professional LIS reading circle,expanding the international perspective and so on.
