308nm准分子激光联合他克莫司软膏治疗白癜风128例疗效评价

Efficacy of 308 nm excimer laser phototherapy in a combination with tacromus ointment in the treatment of vitiligo

目的:评价308 nm准分子激光联合他克莫司软膏治疗白癜风的疗效。方法:将128例白癜风患者随机分为3组:A组38例,外用他克莫司软膏,B组41例,予308 nm准分子激光照射,C组49例,予308 nm准分子激光联合他克莫司软膏治疗,疗程均为6个月。结果:C组的有效率为73.91%,明显高于A组(32.43%)和B组(55.00%),差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。3组均未见明显不良反应。结论:308 nm准分子激光联合他克莫司软膏治疗白癜风疗效好。

Objective：To evaluatethe efficacy of 308 nm excimer laser phototherapy combined with tacro-mus ointment in the treatment of vitiligo. Methods：One hundred and twenty eight patients with vitiligo were divided into three groups. Thirty eight patients in group A were treated with tacromus ointment, forty one pa-tients in group B were treated with 308 nm excimer laser phototherapy, forty nine patients in group C were treated with 308 nm excimer laser phototherapy combined with tacromus ointment. The total course of the treat-ment was for 6 months. Results： The effective rate of group C was 73. 91%, which was significantly higher than those in group A （32.43%） and group B （55.00%） （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：308 excimer laser photo-therapy combined with tacromus ointment is more effective in the treatment of vitiligo.
