摘要
患者,男,36岁。外阴部丘疹、苔藓样斑块20余年,偶有瘙痒及疼痛。皮肤科检查见阴囊左侧及腹股沟处紫蓝色条索状斑块,稍隆起,其上可见蜡样灰白色鳞屑。组织病理检查符合传染性软疣。
A 36-year-old male presented with papules and lichenoid plaques on vulva for more than 20 years, with itching and pain. Physical examination showed blue-violet strip plaque with waxy grey scales on the surface. The pathological feature of the lesion was in accordance with the diagnosis of molluscum contagi-osum.
