摘要
随着我国房地产行业的迅猛发展,房地产行业对人力资源的需求不断扩大。本文针对房地产业行业人力资源特点,分析我国房地产行业人力资源开发现状以及存在的主要问题,并提出优化和完善我国房地产行业人力资源开发在员工培训、绩效评估、激励约束体系等的对策建议。
With the rapid development of China’s real estate industry, demand for human resources continues to expand. This paper analyzes the characteristics, present situation and main problems of human resources of China’s real estate industry, and proposes optimization and improvement suggestions on human resource development of the real estate industry.
