边疆地区农村社会协同治理模式探析

Analysis of Synergic Social Governance Model in the Countryside of Frontier Areas

我国边疆地区农村社会治理迫切需要创新模式。目前许多地方公安边防派出所与农村地方政府机构和村民共同进行社会协同治理,使村委会组织构成、社会治理方式、社会治安网络等有了很大的改善,提高了农村社会治理成效。然而在实践中这种社会治理还存在一些问题,应加强制度建设,创新治理方法,发挥群众和社会组织的积极性主动性,进一步促进边疆地区农村的和谐稳定与社会发展。

The social collaborative governance which depends on public security frontier stations, rural local government institutions and villagers has improved the village committee organization, social governance and the social security network. However, some problems still exist in the social governance practice. To achieve the long-term stability and prosperity in the countryside of frontier areas, we should improve it by building institutions, taking innovative measures, and motivating villagers and social organizations.
