钛微合金化热轧带钢性能的优化

摘要 以Q345系列钢为例,通过设计普通钢水成分、降锰含量、降锰加钛3种实验方案,并对比不同控轧控冷方式下Q345钢的组织晶粒的变化以及力学性能的差别,优化了产品性能,为企业实现了降本增效。 With Q345 steel as example, three test plans are designed: normal molten steel composition, reducing manganese content, reducing manganese and adding titanium; the change of structure grain size and the differences in mechanical properties of Q345 steel under different ways of controlled - rolling and controlled - cooling are compared. It offers reliance for the business in reducing cost, increasing profit and optimizing product property.
