提高2500m^3高炉冶炼钒钛矿喷煤比的实践

摘要 介绍了承钢5#高炉(2 500 m3)炉役后期,在原燃料质量不断恶化的情况下,提升喷煤比的攻关实践。通过采用高炉特护,强化原燃料质量控制,维持合理的操作制度,优化出铁组织,加强事故控制,促进管理制度的提升等一系列措施,使喷煤比由133 kg/t提高至150 kg/t,吨铁成本降低115元,经济效益明显。 It is introduced the practice to increase coal injection ratio under the quality of raw and fuel materials getting worse and worse during the later stage of furnace campaign of 5 # blast furnace (2 500 m^3 ) of Cheng Steel. With a series of measures: adopting special furnace maintenance, strengthening raw and fuel materials quality control, keep reasonable operation system, optimizing tapping iron organization, strengthening accident control, promoting improvement of management system, the coal injection ratio gets increased form 133 to 150 kg/t, cost per ton of iron reduced by 115 yuans, great economic profit got.
