降低原燃料消耗,压缩生产费用,提高经济效益是现阶段钢铁企业生存发展的重要课题。承钢通过对原燃料的成分分析,形成了原燃料质量曲线。曲线内容包括原料的厂家、进厂时间、原料的不同属性和价格。利用该曲线可指导原燃料采购和高炉生产,降低生产成本,保证高炉的稳定顺行。
To reduce raw and fuel materials consumption, production cost, improve economic profit is an important issue at present times for survival and development of iron and steel businesses. A raw and fuel materials quality curve is formed in Cheng Steel based on the analysis of composition of raw and fuel materials. It includes raw material's producing plant, coming - in time, different property and price. It can be used to guide raw and fuel materials merchandise and blast furnace production, reduce cost, guarantee stabilization operation of blast furnace.
