摘要
多数高端轿车齿轮用钢须控制一定的铝、氮含量,以保证其均匀的晶粒度和稳定的使用性能。氮的加入一般是在真空处理结束后,通过喂入氮化合金线的方式来实现,但这样的工艺将不可避免的对钢水造成污染。探讨了在出钢过程加入氮化合金料的方法来控制钢液中的氮含量。实施后,满足了高端轿车齿轮用渗碳钢的氮含量要求。
Most of the steel grades used for gear of high - end cars have to be controlled in its aluminum and nitrogen content to guarantee its grain size homogeneous and service characters steady. In these steels, nitrogen is generally added in by feeding nitralloy wire after vacuum treatment, but thus it could not be avoided to pollute the molten steel. It is discussed the process to add nitralloy material in tapping to control nitrogen content in molten steel. After the process conducted, the requirement of the gear carburizing steel of high - end cars for nitrogen content is met.
