摘要
分析了棒材精轧机架用辊现状,介绍了高速钢轧辊常用的生产方法及传统复合离心工艺存在的问题。采用芯部溢流浇铸方式,实现了对高速钢离心复合轧辊结合层质量的控制,同时得到高的辊颈强度,成功生产出了抗事故性好,能够适用于棒材轧机精轧机架的小离心高速钢轧辊。
It is analyzed the present situation of roll used in bar finishing mill stand, introduced the normal production method of H. S. S. roll and the problem in the classical complex centrifugal process. With core overflow casting model, it is realized the control of quality of combining layer in H. S. S. centrifugal complex roll, and the high roll neck strength got, the small centrifugal H. S. S. roll with good accident - resistance used for finishing rolling stand of bar mill is successfully produced.
