摘要
介绍了邢钢六高炉鼓风机组控制系统的组成和监控原理。针对一起典型的SIEMENS CP341模块和Bently 3500之间的通讯故障,分析了故障原因,介绍了处理步骤和方法。同时介绍了Modbus通讯方式存在的常见故障类型和判断方法。
It is introduced the composition and monitoring principle of control system of blast blower set for six blast furnaces. To one typical communication breakdown between SIEMENS CP341 module and Bently 3500, the reason is analyzed, treating stages and method are introduced as well as the normal breakdown type and judge method for Modbus communication pattern.
