Construction of ADC and AHP based effectiveness evaluation models for command post communication equipments

针对指挥所通信装备效能发挥直接影响指挥员指挥信息通联的实际问题,结合指挥所通信装备特点,采用ADC和层次分析法相结合的方法建立了可靠性、可信性和能力三种效能评估模型,为进一步开展指挥所通信装备效能定量评估。研究结果可为指挥所通信装备建设发展提供参考。

For the practical problem that effectiveness development of command post communication equipments can direct？ly affect information communications commanded by the commander,in combination with the characteristics of command post communication equipments,three effectiveness evaluation models were established by using the method of combining with ADC and analytic hierarchy process （AHP）,to further develop the effectiveness quantitative evaluation of the command post communi？cation equipments. The research results can provide a reference for construction and development of command post communica？tion equipments.
