摘要
在重大自然灾害应急响应过程中,救灾组织内部成员间建立正向协同关系十分重要.通过对协作意愿、投机倾向、协作成功概率等因素的分析,建立了团队成员协同关系的演化博弈模型.在对模型系统动力学方程解析求解后,得到了系统均衡的一般条件.对均衡的演进过程,进行了数值模拟,最后是结论.
In response to huge natural disasters, it is much vital for emergency team members to establish the positive cooperative relationship. Based on analysis of cooperation intention, opportunism tendency and probability of success in cooperation, an evolutionary game model regarding cooperation relations among team members is set up. Then the system dynamics equation is solved analytically to get general conditions for system' s equilibrium. Numeri- cal simulation is made to show the evolutionary procedure of equilibrium subsequently and conclusions come finally.
