摘要
经济的高速发展和总部经济理论的不断成熟,打破了以往只有中心城市才能建设总部经济园的思维定势。一些拥有独特区位、环境和资源优势的中小城市新区也具备了发展总部经济的能力。结合陕西省安康高新技术产业开发区总部经济园项目,提出了以总部经济成长环境评估和依托特色产业经济发展定位为前提的中小城市新区总部园的空间布局模式,为同类型园区提供可借鉴的开发模式和规划策略。
With the rapid economic development and continuous improvement of headquarters economy theory, the mindset that only big city can build headquarters park is broken. Some middle and small cities which have unique locations, environment and resource advantages also have the ability to develop headquarters economy. Combined with the project of headquarters park in Ankang High-Tech Industrial Development Zone of Shaanxi Province, and based on the economic growth environmental assessment and the development of characteristic industries, this paper proposes the spatial layout model of headquarters park in newly developed zones of middle and small cities.
