摘要 用直接酯化法,以双三羟甲基丙烷和丙烯酸为原料合成双三羟甲基丙烷丙烯酸酯,初步考察了溶剂用量,原料配比,催化剂的组成及用量,阻聚剂的组成及用量等因素对产品酯化率的影响。结果表明,最适宜的条件为:酸醇物质的量比为4.5∶1,对甲苯磺酸作催化剂用量为5%,对苯二酚作阻聚剂用量为1%,反应温度在85℃左右,反应时间在6h,酯化率可达90%以上。用红外光谱、高效液相色谱及质谱对产物进行定性定量。 Di-TMPTA was synthesized from di-TMP and acrylic acid by direct esterification method.The influence of reaction conditions,such as the ratio of acrylic to di-TMP,the amount of solvent,the component and concentration of the catalyst,and the component and concentration of the polymerization inhibitor,was studied.The results indicated that the most suitable conditions were as follows:the mole ratio of a crylic acid to di-TMP was 4.5∶1,5% toluene-p-sulfonic acid was used as the catalyst,1% hydroquinone was used as the polymerization inhibitor,the reaction temperature was about 85℃,and the reaction time was above 6hwas used.The esterification reaction rate was above 90%.The product was qualitatively and quantitatively analysed by IR,HPLC and GC-MC.
