摘要
磷石膏是湿法制磷酸工业中产生的固体废物。以废弃磷石膏为原料,用水热合成法制备了硫酸钙晶须,研究了磷石膏粒径、陈化时间、反应温度、反应时间四个因素对硫酸钙晶须形貌的影响,借助X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)及热重量分析仪(TGA)对产物进行表征。结果表明:经水洗除杂后,未经筛分的磷石膏在反应温度为140℃、反应时间为3h、陈化1h后趁热过滤的条件下制得的硫酸钙晶须,长径比平均达到35.4,形貌规整。
Phosphogypsum, the solid wastes arising from the wet-process phosphoric acid industry. In this paper, preparation of calcium sulfate whiskers by hydrothermal method from waste phosphogypsum, and studied the phosphogypsum diameter, aging time, reaction temperature,and reaction time effect of calcium sulfate whisker morphology. The products were characterized through XRD, SEM and TGA. The experimental results show that the aspect ratio and the average diameter of the whisker are 35.4 when the reaction temperature is 140℃ , the reaction time is 3h and the aging time is 1h. The characterization results by SEM show that the whisker of diameter is neat and dispersed uniformly.
