压滤机主油缸超压炸裂的原因分析及解决方法

摘要 压滤机在过滤过程中,主油缸在初始预紧力与反压力共同作用下出现严重超压炸裂,通过在无杆腔连接蓄能器的方法破解这一困局,彻底消除安全危害。 After picric acid chloride in water samples being chlorinated, chloropicrin is measured with HP-5 capillary and ECD GC to determine the concentration of picric acid. The chlorinated product was extracted by low-toxic solvent toluene replacing carcinogenic and intensity of benzene, and characterize with retention time and quantified with external standard method. The results showed that this method could quickly and efficiently extract and determination of picric acid in water, lower detection limit (0.15 μ g/L), precision (RSD=0.43%) and accuracy (recovery rate=96.6% ), working curve linear (r=0.9991 ) better.
