摘要
以西安市某天然地基修建27层高楼为工程依托,通过对深层平板静载荷试验数据的分析,并根据规范确定了该场地内卵砾石层及粉质黏土层的承载力特征值均超过500 k Pa,其变形模量分别为29,27 MPa,天然地基强度满足27层建筑物基底压力的要求。通过工后沉降观测,验证了结论的正确性。
Taking 27-floor building erected on a natural foundation in Xi'an as the engineering background, this paper, with the analysis of the data from deep plate static load test, determined according to the specifications that the both characteristic values of bearing capacity of the pebble and gravel bed and the silty clay bed in this field were more than 500 kPa, and the deformation modulus thereof was 29 MPa and 27 MPa respectively, thus this natural foundation's strength allowed the 27-floor building to reach the requirement of base pressure. This conclusion was validated by observation of post-construction settlement.
