摘要
以杭州地铁4号线官河站地下空间连接工程为例,介绍了软土地区58 m超深、超厚、超重地下连续墙成槽关键技术以及设备选型、护壁泥浆性能、坑外辅助降水等措施,钢筋笼吊装、预埋接驳器质量控制、水下混凝土浇筑等关键工序的施工技术,确保地下连续墙质量满足设计要求。
Taking the underground space cormection engineering at the west square of East Railway Station of Hangzhou Metro Line 4 as an example, this paper presented the key trenching technology for 58 m ultra-deep, ultra- thick & ultra-heavy underground diaphragm wall in soft soil area, the measures including equipment selection, mud protection, and auxiliary dewatering outside the excavation, as well as the construction technologies in key process, such as steel reinforcement cage hoisting, quality control of built-in connector, underwater concrete placing, which ensure the quality of underground diaphragm wall and meet the design requirement.
