摘要
在中国古代,斋戒的类型不止一种,仅从大的方面来说就包括国家斋戒、佛教斋戒和道教斋戒,他们之间最初的饮食规定并不相同,在演变过程中却有一个相似的趋向,即素食的逐渐适用和广泛。在某一程度上来说,中国古代素食的发展就是伴随着斋戒的变化逐渐普及的,并在唐代达到一个高峰。
In ancient China, there were several kinds of fasting, including countries fasting, Buddhism fasting and Taoism fasting. The initial diet among them is not the same, but in the evolutionary process it has a similar trend, namely vegetarian is applied gradually and widely. In a certain extent, the development of ancient Chinese vegetarian is accompanied by the growing popularity of the fast changes and reaches a peak in the Tang Dynasty.
