摘要
沉管隧道施工涉及预制、浮运、沉放、水下对接等多道工序,需要一系列临时辅助安装设施。文章基于国内外沉管隧道临时辅助安装设施的调研成果,并结合港珠澳大桥项目沉管隧道设计与施工经验,围绕沉管管节的施工需求及目标,系统划分了沉管隧道临时辅助安装设施的类型,分析比较了不同辅助安装设施的特性和注意事项。研究结果表明,沉管隧道临时辅助安装设施方案的研究内容复杂,涉及众多专业,因此应基于施工实际需求,将问题进行分解和分类并综合考虑设施的特点与能力,权宜工程各方因素,从而最终获得整体较优的项目方案。
Since the construction of immersed tunnels involves numerous procedures such as prefabrication, float- ing, transportation, immersion and underwater connections, a series of temporary auxiliary facilities are required for their installation. Based on domestic and international findings regarding temporary auxiliary facilities for the installation of immersed tunnels and referencing the design and construction of the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge (HZMB) Immersed Tunnel Project, this paper systematically divides the temporary auxiliary facilities into different types and analyzes their features and the items needed to meet element construction requirements. The research results show that temporary auxiliary facilities for the installation of immersed tunnels involve numerous complex systems and professions, and the final scheme should be determined by considering the actual demands of the project with classified problems, facility features, capacity and engineering factors.
