秸秆成型燃料的研制及其燃烧特性实验 被引量:7

摘要 随着煤炭能源的减少和人类对全球性环境问题的关注,生物质型煤作为一种由秸秆转化的可再生清洁能源,在未来的发展中充满了广阔的前景.针对煤炭能源日益减少的问题,文中采用控制变量,正交试验的方法,利用秸秆、煤、粘结剂进行不同的配比压制成型,测量秸秆和煤的各项特性以及研制成型燃料的燃烧特性,研究出最佳的配比:秸秆质量分数在60%,煤的质量分数在30%,粘结剂在10%,水与其它总质量之比为1:2.发现生物质成型燃料有着较为丰富的资源,成型后密度增加,便于运输储存的优点. With coal energy reduction and human concern for global environmental issues, briquette fills up broad prospects in the future development because it is a renewable clean energy which is transformed from straw. For coal energy diminishing problem, in this paper the methods of control variables, orthogonal test are adopted and use straw, coal, binder with different ratio to press model. Then the characteristics of straw and coal and the com- bustion characteristic of the molding fuel are measured. The best ratio is : 60% straw, 30% coal, 10% binder and the ratio of water and other materials is 1 : 2. We can find that biomass briquette has abundant resources, its density increases after molding and has the advantages of easy transportation and storage.
