摘要 针对目前焊接测控系统中偏重测量分析研究,控制方面研究较少的问题,设计并实现了一套焊接监测与控制系统.系统以工控机为核心,建立了以触摸屏、PLC、高速摄像机等硬件设备为主要组成的平台,采用虚拟仪器技术实现了对焊接过程的监测、控制及历史数据调用.系统实测表明,使用者可以通过触摸屏直接观测到焊接过程及焊接参数变化,并能实时对焊接平台移动、焊接电流、焊接速度等参数进行控制,焊接完成后可调取监测及控制数据,为提高焊接质量提供依据. Considering current study more stressed on measure and analysis and less on control area, we de- signed and realized the welding monitoring control system. This system based on industrial personal computer (IPC), with hardware platform consisting of Touch panel, Programmable logic controller(PLC), high-speed cam- era etc. , implemented virtual instrument technology to measure, monitor and control the welding process, as well as to call the historical data. The system testing result shows that, the user could directly observe and measure the welding process, change the welding parameter via touch panel; afterwards he can timely adjust and control the pa- rameter of welding platform movement, welding current and welding speed ; after the welding completed, he could obtain the measure and monitor data as the proof of welding high quality.
